Answer and explanation:

Odysseus is the main character in Homer's epic poem "The Odyssey", which narrates his journey back home after the war in Troy. At a certain point, Odysseus and his men end up sailing to the land of the Cyclopes, a race of one-eyed giants. The Cyclopes are quite uncivilized and not the brightest creatures on earth. One Cyclops, Polyphemus, immediately kills two of Odysseus' men upon their arrival. When Polyphemus asks Odysseus where his ship is, he replies that it was shipwrecked, in other words, destroyed and sunk, off the coast. Odysseus is lying because he is afraid Polyphemus will indeed destroy his ship. To prevent him from doing so and to be able to escape when the time comes, he tells the Cyclops there was a shipwreck.

Oliga [24]

I believe the correct answer is sentences 2,5 and 6.

Complex sentences are composed of one independent clause and at least one dependent clause. The examples from "The Enigma Machine” which are complex sentences are:

2. For example, Bletchley Park was crucial in the Battle of the Atlantic, which lasted six years.

5. This was provided in a codebook, which was a monthly list of daily keys distributed to various networks in the German military.

6. Since the Enigma machine could encrypt text into over 150 trillion possible combinations, Germans were convinced the codes were not decipherable.

Do you think sending Americans to other countries is a good idea
Kobotan [32]
Yes, sending Americans to other countries is a good idea because we can see the reasoning behind why others want to come to the US so bad. We have some things easier and America, so it would be an eye opener to us.
