The Sun is the biggest object in our Solar System, and it is the only star in it. Our planet, the Earth, is only a little dot compared to the Sun itself. In fact, the Sun is so much bigger than the other objects in the Solar System that it comprises for 99.86% of all of the mass in it, while all the other objects combined are representing the rest 0.14%.
The Sun's mass is roughly 333,000 bigger than the mass of the Earth, and that is a consequence of the huge difference in size between the two objects.
