Answer:

B). With strong wording encouraging readers to take action.

Explanation:

As per the question, option B i.e. 'with strong wording encouraging readers to take action' exemplifies the manner in which the author expresses his opinion in the given passage. The words like 'should be', 'seen', 'seem', 'gabbing', 'careless', 'endangering', 'need for', 'potentially', 'dangerous practice', etc. convey the author's belief or perception about the 'dangerous nature of using phones while driving as it lead to cause accidents' and the 'requirement of passing of a law to ban or restrict the use of cell phones while driving.' Thus, option B is the correct answer.

Imagine you are giving a speech about the golden age of television. Which visual aid would best engage the audience's emotions?
SCORPION-xisa [38]

The visual aid which would best engage the audience's emotions is the following one:

B. A short clip from an episode of a classic television show.

Since we are talking about a classic television show, people are likely to be familiar with it and it must have been, at some point, part of their lives as a source of entertainment and also as something they related to somehow. Due to the fact they have already watched it and probably know the characters well, it has certainly triggered their emotions throughout their lives, in different stages of it. Watching a short clip of the classic TV show can surely engage the audience's emotions, whether by making them laugh or by reminding them of some personal event, perhaps leading them into a feeling of nostalgia.
