EXPLANATION:

Furthermore, Section 922(g) of the Brady Bill forbids specific people from transporting or shipping any gun in foreign or interstate commerce, or obtaining any firearm that has been transported or shipped in foreign or interstate commerce, or owning any firearm in or influencing commerce. These bans apply to any people who:
• Has been sentenced in any court of a law-breaking punishable by custody for a term beyond one year;
• Is a fugitive from righteousness;
• Is an illegal user of or addicted to any forbidden substance;
• Has been arbitrated as mentally ill or assigned to a mental institution;
• Is a foreign unlawfully or illegally in the United States;
• Has been expelled from the Armed Forces in dishonourable conditions;
• Having been a resident of the United States has abdicated U.S. citizenship;
• Is subject to a court instruction that confines the people from stalking, harassing, or threatening child of such intimate partner or the intimate partner, or;
• Has been sentenced in any court of a misdeed crime of domestic ferocity.
Section 922(n) of the Act causes it illegal for any individual who is under accusation for a crime punishable by detention for a term beyond one year to transport or ship any gun in foreign or interstate commerce, or obtaining any gun that has been transported or shipped in foreign or interstate commerce.
