First you have to know what a "fad" diet is. A fad diet is a weight loss plan that over-promises dramatic results. These diets typically don't result in long-term weight loss and they are usually not very healthy.
That being said, Adkins, Weight Watchers, and only eating certain foods at certain times are all considered fad diets. That would leave the Grapefruit diet as the only non fad diet, since it does not limit your intake of any certain foods, just adds one to your meals

Answer: Weight Watchers (you can eat anything, but count total calories)

Explanation: The other three options has the characteristics of a "fad" diet.

The grapefruit diet relies on a "magic" or "miracle" food.

The atkins diet and diets that limit what foods you can have and when are also fads because they are often used as a "quick fix" and are usually unrealistic lifestyle changes.

Weight Watchers (calorie counting) does not eliminate what foods you can have, but focuses on calorie input vs. output. It is a scientifically proven healthy weight loss method.

Gold is usually alloyed in jewellery to give it more strength, and the term carat describes the amount of gold present (24 carats is pure gold). It is estimated that all the gold in the world, so far refined, could be placed in a single cube 60 ft. on a side. It is metallic, with a yellow colour when in a mass, but when finely divided it may be black, ruby, or purple.
