what does "Create an original fable with a clear moral" mean ? Am I supposed to make up my own story ?

If you have to create an original fable. The word say's it original. Not copied from a website or books, etc. Then yes you have to make it up on your own. If you want I can help you give a few ideas. I'll post some.
