In what ways are the regions culturally different due to religion?
Marina86 [1]
Different regions are more influenced by different religions based on where they are in the world. Climate, agriculuture and many other factors also can change how regions are culturally different due to religion. Some places are more religion dependent while others are not. I live in one of the biggest cities in the united states and if you don't want religious influence, you by no means have to have it. But meanwhile my grandma lives in a town that only about 1,000 people live and religion is everything to them.

Which of the following is NOT considered a scientific norm?
blsea [12.9K]

Answer:

Out of the four options for the given question, the correct option is

Relativism

Explanation:

This can be explained as a Scientific norm is universally valid irrespective of the socio-political impacts.

According to Merton the four scientific norm are 'CUDOS' which stands for Communism, Universalism, Disinterestedness and Organized Skepticism.

Communism corresponds to originality in the options.

Therefore, Relativism is not a scientific norm as it varies from culture to culture and is not universally constant.

A new mall will be constructed in a large city. Why are business owners most likely viewing a topography map before construction
aliina [53]

Answer:

to find flat areas of land for building

Explanation:

Topography maps give an important indication road maps don't: the elevation of the terrain.

If you want to construct a mall, that's a large building, you need to find  large patch of flat land, or at least one that is easy to flatten out.

You will need flat land not only for your  mall, but also for the parking lot.

So, a topography map will give you the levels indications you need... and your engineers and architects will also work closely with topography maps on this project.
