Find pictures of two people whose physical characteristics are opposite from one another. (You can find these in a book, magazin

e, drawing, or on the Internet.) Then show a family member or friend the pictures, and teach them how to describe the people in Spanish, using at least eight adjectives from the vocabulary list from this unit. When they are ready, have them describe the pictures back to you in Spanish. After the activity, submit a report to your teacher that includes a list of the Spanish words you taught them, along with a short paragraph (written in Spanish) about your experience.

En esta experiencia aprendí vocabulario nuevo en español. Aprendí algunos adjetivos para describir características físicas de las personas. A su vez, también aprendí algunos nombres de las partes del cuerpo. Además esta fue una oportunidad para focalizar el vocabulario y poner en práctica lo aprendido en clase.

gordo (fat) - delgado (thin)

guapo (pretty) - feo (ugly)

grande (big) - pequeño (small)

joven (young) - viejo (old)

Person 1
