You can use appropriate words of kindness when someone has wronged you. You can use it when you walk down the street and pass someone. Saying please and thank you to a cashier all are under kindness. Listening first and then speaking is part of being kind and a good person. Asking if someone needs help with something is a way of kindness through words. Hope this helps!
