The word problem only gives you two numbers, so it would be easy to assume that the questions involves those two numbers. However, in this case, the question requires that you calculate another answer first: the number of questions Abel got right. You'll need to subtract 4 from 80, then calculate the percentage of the difference:

80-4=78, and 78/80*100=97.5 percent So it will be 50

In a population of 3 1/4 million people, 2115000 are under the age of 16. Calculate the percentage, to two decimal places, of th
Masteriza [31]
So what we need to do is divide the number of people under 16 by the number of the entire population:

\frac{2115000}{3250000}

first, let's get rid of the 0s:

\frac{2115}{3250}

now, we can divide:
 this is 0.6507....

in order to make this into a percentage, we multiply by 100%:

0.6507*100%=65.07%

the answer is: 65 % (quite a lot!!!)

Well to be honest this question is really easy by what i understand, if you just need any one line to get a total of 21.

Obviously having three or four such lines might become a problem But not for this. You can obviously break down 21 in to three different categories or numbers like 1 7 and 13. And now put 13 in the middle and start from anywhere. You will get 21 along one such line.
