Answer:

Janey will BUY, Jimmy will SELL and Jonny will SELL.

Explanation:

According to the scenario, the given data are as follows:

Annual dividend = $5

Current market price = $60

Now first we calculate the value of the stocks, hence,

Value of the share

1. Janey = ( 5 × (1 + 6%)) ÷ (10% - 6%)

= ( 5 × 1.06) ÷ (0.04)

= 132.50

So, Janey will BUY because market price is lower than value  of the share

2.  Jimmy = ( 5 × (1 + 2%)) ÷ (12% - 2%)

= ( 5 × 1.02) ÷ (0.1)

= 51.00

So, Jimmy will SELL because market price is higher than value  of the share.

3. Jonny = ( 5 × (1 + 5%)) ÷ (20% - 5%)

= ( 5 × 1.05) ÷ (0.15)

= 35.00

So, Jonny will SELL because market price is higher than value  of the share.

-BARSIC- [3]

Answer:

$ 13.17

Explanation:

Data provided :

Material cost in the beginning = $ 126,000

Additional material cost = $ 32,000

thus,

the total material cost = $ 126,000 + $ 32,000 = $ 158,000

Units in the work in progress = 12,000 units

Therefore, the material cost per unit for July = (Total material cost) / (Units being produced)

on substituting the values in the above relation, we get

he material cost per unit for July = ( $ 158,000 ) / ( 12,000 units )

= $ 13.1667 ≈ $ 13.17

Evgen [1.6K]

Answer:

The correct answer is letter "A": can be used to estimate the projected cost of completing the project.

Explanation:

The Cost Performance Index or CPI measures the projected cost of work completed compared to the current cost spent. The CPI represents a ratio of earned value to actual cost. If the CPI is greater than one, the project is under budget. When the CPI equals one the planned and actual costs are equal. If the CPI is higher than one, the project is over budget.
