Mosquitoes already carry diseases such as malaria, dengue, zika virus and many more, as they suck your blood, so already infected people may get bitten and that blood may be stuck on the mosquitoes mouth. The mosquito then bites another person which can transfer the infected person's personal problems to another person which can be deadly. Dogs may have rabies if they are undomesticated so they can infect other people. Garbage is usually piled near cities so rabid animals and mosquitoes may get attracted to the cities causing a path of death.
