Workers generally go on strike because the company or the boss has not completed with their needs. For example, the workers want a longer lunch break or higher pay because they believe they deserve it. In which I do believe they do deserve it because they work long hours and work all seven days a week, they even work they get sick but make it look that are healthy as a horse.
