The first one: the present-day chinese are too realsitic after Culture revolution destroyed lots of the historical  stuff, lead to the chinese has no pursuit, no religion belief that was very terrible to nation, to state.

The second one: The confucianism meet the commusist's requirement and expection, that include patriotica, loyalty and so on.

The first reason why people in china studied Confucianism it is because they have influenced the Chinese culture right up to the present day. Confucius has become a larger than life figure and it is difficult to separate the reality from the myth. He is considered the first teacher and his teachings are usually expressed in short phrases which are open to various and second is it recommended healing to Chinese society by returning to the traditions of the early Zhou Dynasty.
