Answer: You could create construction jobs, like building roads and government buildings. This would employ thousands of people and help get the economy moving. Or, you could advise him to give money to business owners and hope they provide jobs. Or (this is probably the best solution because it's what actually got us out of the depression) get us involved in a war, since historically wars are proven to help countries get out of economic hardships. Think about it: there's a lot of manufacturing going on, and that would help the country get out of the depression easily.
