The Czar's government collapsed because of extravagant spending and unfair rule.Like all governments that are overthrown by the people, the Czarist government was not responsive to the wants and needs of its citizens and the citizens saw <span>people wanted Russia to get out of Word War 1, but the Czar kept Russia in it.</span>
