21 = vingt-et-un (make the liaison between the words --> <em>vintéin)</em>

13 = treize

+ = plus (prononce the u correctly)

= égale

21 + 13 = 34

vingt-et-un plus treize égale trente-quatre

"plus" is still plus i believe

so

vingt en un plus treize égalent trente quatre

twenty one plus thirteen equals thirty four
