Explanation:

In many countries of the world there is freedom of worship in which a person has a certain belief, whether or not superstitious and, therefore, should not represent a problem. It could become one if that belief is taken to an extreme that represents potential harm to the believer's community.

An example of that are the occult sects or cults. I think that to avoid getting to that point, it is important that there are laws that regulate worship practices.
