Answer:

Depends on how long it has to be.

Explanation:

you start with something that can attract the reader's attention like a fun fact. Then you describe your points of the negative effects of living in poverty like: health issues, maybe education, a place to stay, stress, mental health issues... Once you make short sentences about your "negative effects" conclude to pass the the next paragraphs where you go more in depth with the ideas. You can either look up one of the examples I gave and connect it to poverty or google the negative effects and then try and relate it and say it with your own words.

Hope I could help and didn't make it more complicated

Why would Atlanta want to be seen as a big-league city?
Luba_88 [7]

Answer:

It would bring more jobs and people to Atlanta.

Explanation:

The phrase 'Big-League ciity' refers to a city that possess strong teams in important sport leagues (IN USA this would be NBA, NFL, and MBL).

This type of condition usually  make the city become a target destination from tourists from another cities. These tourists will spend money for the businesses in Atlanta during that time (maybe from buying merchandise, eating foods, staying at local hotels, etc)

As a result, many investors will be interested to put a lot of capital in the city and it will bring more jobs to the people of Atlanta.
