I think they are technically correct, but 1 and 3 sound a bit weird, since you use twice the verb "aller" in the same sentence.
I suggest:
1. Je vais regarder un film au cinéma.
3. Nous allons faire les courses.  (buy groceries)

No problem with the 2.
