I’ve read the book and seen the movie but I recall mostly only the basics so I’m sry if u disagree with me. Percys relationship with Annabeth is that they've Shown some romantic feeling for each other. For example, when Percy wakes up he describes annabeth as a pretty girl. Percys relationship with Grover is just that the are friends that have an empathy link and have gone on many quests together
