Answer:

The Teller Amendment, signed between Cuba and the United States, proclaimed that the United States would not annex Cuba after helping Cuban people to achieve their freedom from Spain.

We could say that the United States kept its promise, although, in 1903, Cuba was forced to sign a deal where it will be treated as a protectorate of the United States. After Spanish left the island, the U.S. forces occupied Cuba, but it wasn’t annexed because of the Teller Amendment.

Charles Spurgeon preached the sermon in this unit entitled “The Sovereignty of God.” True False
antiseptic1488 [7]

The answer is False. The sermon "The Sovereignty of God" is preached by Arthur Pink.

"The Sovereignty of God" is a biblical doctrine which holds that everything is under God's rule and control and that nothing occurs without His knowledge or consent. God orchestrates everything, not just some things, in accordance with the plan of His own will (see Eph. 1:11). Nothing surprises Him because His plans are all-encompassing and are never thwarted (see Isa. 46:11). God's omnipotence is more than just that He has the authority and right to rule over all; it also means that He does so consistently and without fail. God is therefore not only sovereign de jure (in theory), but also sovereign de facto (in practice).

kramer

The Africans and the Americans were harmed because of the stock market crash because it caused the Great depression in the economy.

Causes of the stock market crash:

There were numerous and varied causes of the stock market crash. Some of them were low wages, polling of the debt, suffering agricultural sector, and many more.

The Great Depression was not only due to the decline in the stock market but was also caused by many of the reasons. It certainly has caused the society to hasten the global economic collapse, of which it was a symptom.

Nearly half of America's banks had failed by 1933, and unemployment had risen to 15 million people, or 30% of the population.
