Answer:

The correct answer is:

$30,000

Explanation:

ending inventory = $20,000

sales = $75,000

Manufactured goods = $65,000

Beginning inventory = ???

1. First let us calculate the difference between the cost of goods sold and the cost of goods manufactured, in order to determine the goods from alternative sources order than manufacturing. This is done as follows:

Goods from sources other than manufacturing = (sales) - (manufactured goods)

Goods from sources other than manufacturing = 75,000 - 65,000 = $10,000

This means that out of the $75,000 worth of goods sold, $10,000 was from a source other than manufacturing which can be accurately predicted to be the beginning inventory

2. Next, to calculate the total beginning inventory, we will add the goods sold from the beginning inventory and the ending inventory.

Beginning inventory = (Goods from sources other than manufacturing ) + ending inventory

Beginning inventory = 10,000 + 20,000 = $30,000

Note, since the sales are more than the manufactured goods, the excess is from beginning inventory

The epicardium and the visceral layer of the serous pericardium are the same structure.
Readme [11.4K]

Answer:

The correct answer is a. True

Explanation:

The heart is made up of three-layer outer layer epicardium, middle layer myocardium, and inner layer endocardium. Outer to the epicardium layer pericardium membrane is present which protects the heart and consists of two-layer, outer fibrous pericardium and inner pariental serous pericardium.

Epicardium is the thin outer layer of the heart and also called the visceral layer of the serous pericardium. Between parietal serous pericardium and visceral serous pericardium(epicardium) pericardial cavity is present which is filled with pericardial fluid which helps in friction reduction between these two membranes.

Which finding could have been made from analyzing data in the cancer registry?
dmitriy555 [2]
Cancer registries are part of the national NCD surveillance system. Population-based registries provide invaluable information on the trends in cancer incidence, while hospital-based registries provide information on the clinical diagnosis, cancer staging, treatment modalities, and survival outcomes. In Japan, cancer incidence is monitored through population-based and hospital-based cancer registries by the Japanese Association of Cancer Registries, in collaboration with 34 prefectural governments. The registries are supported and maintained by the Research Center for Cancer Prevention and Screening at the National Cancer Center. In Singapore, a comprehensive population-, clinic-, hospital-, and laboratory-based cancer registration has been performed by the Singapore Cancer Registry since 1968. Comprehensive cancer registration has been achieved through collation of data obtained from a combination of sources: (1) physician notifications, (2) pathology records, (3) hospital records, and (4) mortality data from the national Registry of Births and Deaths. Since 2009, cancer notification has been made mandatory to ensure completeness of surveillance.
