Arrive Alive is a road safety scheme created mainly to reduce the number of traffic accidents.

As regards road accidents, the South African government, through the Road Accident Fund, supplies insurance cover to vehicles damaged in travel accidents.

In relation to HIV/AIDS, the government of that country supports several awareness campaigns and programs in order to prevent and help treat people with the condition and their relatives.

Finally, with reference to 16 days of activism against women and children abuse, the South African government so promotes 16 days of non-violence against women and children, in the hope it becomes a long-lasting initiative.

N Gettysburg Address

Answer:My topic is "cloning with genetic enhancements," and my intended audience is my English class. They already know about the cloning controversy and about Dolly the sheep. I need to cover the basics of how cloning works and what is currently possible with cloning technology. I also need to cover what might be possible with the technology, particularly gene therapy and gene enhancement. I'd like to address why I'm writing this paper and to stress that genetic enhancements is a possibility that warrants discussion.

Does disobedience and rebellion promote social progress
WINSTONCH [101]

It would really depend what the cause is and if the gov is in favor or against it that causes you to rebel against it. For example: Native African Americans had no rights when they lived in the US before the 1950s because they were formerly slaves. Due to the lack of rights and discrimination they fought until the government gave them the same rights as whites.
