Answer: House of Representatives

Must be at least 25 years old.

Must have been a citizen for 7 years.

The US constitution spelt out that no person shall be a representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five years and been seven years a citizen of the United state and who shall not , when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen.

Senators

Must be at least 30 years of age

Must have been a citizen for 9 years or longer.

The United state constitution sets three qualifications for service in the US senate. Which are Age, US citizenship, and residency in the state a senator represent at time of election.
