Which option would best make this text suitable for a slide in a presentation? the replacement of the text with a bulleted list
castortr0y [4]

Answer:

I don't know what the text is, but a slide in a presentation is best left comprehensible, easy to digest visually, and simple to follow along for the audience. The replacement of the text with a bulleted list - sounds like a good option if the text on a slide is a long paragraph.

The inclusion of very detailed statistics and examples could also be a good choice depending on if the slide deals with sales or growth, for example.

How do you feel people should respond when they hear perspectives that are hurtful to themselves or to others? Should they ignor
andreyandreev [35.5K]

Answer and Explanation:

This question is asking for a personal opinion. Consider the following answer an example, and feel free to change and adapt it to your own point of view:

When people hear perspectives that are hurtful to themselves or to others, they have, in my opinion, two options. They can either choose to ignore them or to argue against them. Some things must be taken into consideration when deciding which way to go, though. The person who is thinking of arguing may ask him/herself whether this discussion is worth the time and effort. They may consider their audience - perhaps the person who voiced the hurtful perspectives in the first place is rude, aggressive, even violent. In that case, it may very well be better to just let go, to just find a better place - and a better audience - to comment and discuss that matter.

If, however, he or she decides to argue - if the audience is open to it, if he or she feels it is worth their time and effort- , he or she must do so with confidence and patience. No hurtful perspective is worth getting angry over. As a matter of fact, once someone displays anger, he or she loses face.

Synthesize and evaluate your thoughts and response. Researching and preparing for a discussion helps to ensure the effectiveness
alisha [4.7K]

Answer:

Explanation:

1.Historical changes often affect the literature of a place. When a historical event occurs, it is common for writers to discuss it in their own text. This allows us to understand the point of view of those who lived through those experiences.

2.The Civil War saved the union and ended slavery. In the end, it appeared to virtually all of the great writers who survived it, and to those who followed them, as a great national tragedy that had ended, like many another great tragedy, with its protagonist reborn—better, deeper, wiser than before.

3.So, literature often influences the view of history we hold in a modern, retrospective light. Furthermore, events in the literary sphere can also influence the way societies in history are viewed. For instance, the majority of publications throughout the ages are sourced from white, European, usually wealthy men.

4.one event effected by literature was during the 1800’s a book called the jungle was written.

5. it affects our writing today. as history contains how we even invented the languages. its hard to communicate without a language. there are many languages created way back that are still used in writing today
