<span>Boomerang aid means that when a country said support to other countries in need.  On the surface it seems that it would be benefit the recipients but in reality, it benefits the donor.  The nature of the programs would do more good for the donor than it did for the beneficiary.  Hence, whatever gains are made from the project go back to the donor and recipient will only get some of what was generated.  It does not benefit these countries who get this kind of aid rather it makes their lives more difficult.</span>

<span>Charles's law states that at a constant pressure, the volume of a given amount of gas is directly proportional to its absolute temperature. Charle's law is also derived from the ideal gas law which states that:

PV = nRT

As you can see, V and T are already directly proportional with each other. The only difference with Charles Law is that pressure was held constant, cancelling out the moles and gas constant.</span>

India adopted the English education system where as Japan adopted the French education system

The Japanese education system incorporates their culture and rituals unlike in India

The Japanese education system follows 6-3-3-4 system where the 9 first years are compulsory for the elementary and junior high school, where India has various education boards such as ICSE and CBSE.
