Because it's sung in Japanese. (Woah) Some music that is a bit like anime is Vocaloid which is this programed girl that sings in a really high pitched voice. People that use the Vocaloid synthesizer thing doesn't have to sing at all, they just need to input a melody and lyrics and it'll do the rest.
