Explanation:

Walking is a good way to get needed exercise. It gives you strength in your legs and it can be fun to see how long you can go while doing it. Pushing yourself is good, but eventually it's time to stop. On that note, it's good to walk a bit each day.

It looks like it could have been done with different  types of mediums. You can tell that the artist tried to make it have more dimension by adding in shadows and highlights. I think the color gives it a good balance though. It looks like it is a piece that as the observer you need to come up with yourself.
