The narrator emphasizes the careful calculation of the murder, attempting the perfect crime, complete with dismembering and hiding the body under the floorboards. Ultimately, the narrator's feelings result in hearing a thumping sound, which the narrator interprets as the dead man's beating heart.

Some literacy critics have defined tragedy as “the downfall of a hero.” Would Aristotle agree? How might he revise this definiti
Ket [755]
Aristotle‘s ideas about drama were based on a generally Greek belief that tragedy was the highest form of drama. He said that tragedy is an imitation of an action that is serious. Moreover, he expected the drama to cause the feeling of the pity and fear that are to cause the catharsis – the purification of emotions. Thus, in Aristotelian perspective, tragedy tells about the high deeds or feeling of a man.

The Chairman,

Osisioma Ngwa Local Government Area,

Aba.

           Sir,

REQUEST FOR SOCIAL AMENITIES IN UMUNGASI COMMUNITY

It is on record that Umungasi stands in a prominent position among all the communities in Aba. This is because of the inclination of Umungasi Community to commerce and industry.

Unfourtunately, the people of Umungasi have found it difficult to carry on with trade due to poor road network and lack of basic amenities.

There is no standard road in Umungasi and environs. This has unfournately separated us from people in other Local Government Areas of the state.

Electricity and pipe borne water are other unfortunately absent amenities in Umungasi here.

I humbly request that you come to our aid speedily so that the community can experience  the true dividends of good governance.

Thanks in anticipation of your positive response.

                                                                                        Yours Faithfully,

                                                                                         Jude Njoku

The purpose of a text connection is to give the reader an opportunity to relate to the story or the text.

For example: After reading a book, I can be like, "Wow, this book or this passage in the book reminds me of my vacation to Hawaii, or it reminds me of my childhood. Got the idea? Great!
