Es que yo me sé lo que tú cree que tú no sabe - That's some lyrics from a song, I am just wondering why this sentence has a form like that- I mean why there's yo me sé instead of yo sé - does it make any difference? And also why there's tú cree instead of tú crees, the same goes with sabe/sabes

It does not make any difference.. It still means the same. Es que yo me sé lo que tú cree que tú no sabe = Is that I know what you think you do not know

So it does not make any difference
