This was a landmark case related to the possession of firearms.

The Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment protects individual's right to possess a firearm, if unconnected with service in a militia, and for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self defense or defense of others. It also ruled that the DC Handgun Ban and requirement for rifles and shotgun to be kept unloaded and disassembled or bound by a trigger lock violated the guarantee granted by the Second Amendment.

The second amendment guarantees an individual's right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home.

What overall trend in French royal power do the maps show?
lina2011 [118]

Answer:

The map shows a trend of expansion of French royal power.

Explanation:

At first, French royal power was exclusively held in the areas that sorround Paris (Ile-de-France), while the rest of the country was controlled by local feudal lords.

With time, as the Middle Ages progressed, French monarchs began to accumulate more and more power, from central France, to North and South.

By the end of the Middle Ages, the monarch controlled almost the totality of what is now France.

One way in which the Armenians in the Ottoman
Semmy [17]
One way in which the Armenians in the Ottoman Empitre (1915) and the Tutsis in Rwanda (1994) are similar is that both groups (2) suffered human rights violations. The Armenian Genocide took place in what is now modern-day Turkey where half the Armenian population was killed and deported. The Rwandan Genocide was a mass slaughter which took place between April and July in the same year with huge amounts of killings taking place in a short period of time.
