There is a great relation ship between the mentor-ship and the success of the students in the academic field and it has direct relationship.

Explanation:

Mentor ship is the way the mentors of the students teach particular thing to the students. The way mentor teaches has a great influence in the way the students perform in the academic field.

If he teaches in an interesting way and makes the concepts clear to the students, it will be easy for them to get success. But if his method is dull, students will not be able to perform well.

nikitadnepr [17]

I disagree with this statement. I think American jobs and such should be given to American people; same with other countries. I don't think globalization is a very good thing for our country at all. It can lead to outsourcing which is bad for our economy because it gives jobs that should be given to our workers to people from out of the country. It causes unemployment with our workers and allows big companies to get away with paying very little for the work they get other people to do.

Hope this helps :)
