Answer:

Hiya there!

Explanation:

1. Ever since the Raid, when her mother was violently killed before her eyes, Zélie has lived in a state of perpetual fear and anger.

Her strength and weakness? "She has trained with the staff so that she can defend herself and her family against attack. Zélie feels as if she is never doing enough to keep her family safe."

How does she change? "They discover the three artifacts needed for the ritual and Zélie is the key to everything. The path is not easy and many obstacles arise on their quest. Both Zélie and Amari are forever changed by what they discover about themselves and the world around them. "

Why does she characterize her past as a lifetime of mistakes? (Relates to answer 1 "Because of this fear, she is always trying to prove herself even though she often makes poor decisions with disastrous consequences.

2. What is Tzain's personality and relationship with Zélie? "Tzain is known for his brotherly love towards Zélie as well as "fixing Zélie's mistakes" very often. He tends to be very playful especially when he's around Amari.

How does he contribute to their quest? Zélie, Tzain, and Amari travel through the jungle to the hidden temple to find a scroll that has the power to bring magic back.

What does Amari like about him? (I'm assuming she is talking about Tzain) "During their journey the two have formed a close romantic relationship with each other, but it broke apart when she endangered Zelie to kill her mother and brother."
