The math suggests that for every parsec the rate of moving away is 71 km/s, so when two galaxies are separated by two parsecs we come to 142 km/s speed of moving away from each other. If we take the first light ever (from what is known so far) the cosmic microwave radiation, is 46 billion light-years away from us at all directions, which comes at 4,200 megaparsecs, which comes at 13.7 billion light-years, so it will come to 29,820,000 km/s. It all depends from the distance between the galaxies which is calculated by their type of colour and movement in comparison to other galaxies.

Migrants can be legal, moving threw documentation. Migrants are usually people with a strong resources in order to prepare their journey and arrival in the country of the destination. They save money, they gather the information about the trip and the destination and about the potential employment there, like how mast Europians or Asians come to america. They speak to friends and family at the destination who will help them upon arrival. They may speak to travel agents, potential employers at destination or middlemen of different sorts. They may try to learn the language of the destination country. In short, migrants clearly make decisions and take up the actions in order to prepare for their migration. This does not necessarily mean their migration is voluntary. The reasons for leaving their country of origin may have to do with circumstances that are beyond their the control. Migrating is not a decision taken easily, it involves high costs. They may do this to help family
