Answer:

The answer is: Chief Joseph believed that Native American tribes had a right to sovereignty, while Commissioner Parker believed that Native American tribes were not sovereign nations.

Explanation:

Chief Joseph was the leader of an indigenous group of people called <em>"Wal-lam-wat-kain," </em>a Native American tribe.

Commissioner Ely S. Parker was a lieutenant of the American Civil War. He became the Commissioner of Indian Affairs which meant that he was responsible for managing the lands that was entrusted by the USA to the <em>Indian tribes, Alaska Natives and American Indians.</em>

The difference between Chief Joseph's and Commissioner Parker's arguments was that <u>the Chief believed that Native American tribes had a right to sovereignty,</u> while <u>Commissioner Parker believed that Native American tribes were not sovereign nations.</u>

For Parker, none of the tribes could guarantee them of a governance whereby people would obey the law. For him, it was a great deal of harm that the government of the USA allowed the Indians to believe that they were sovereign or independent nation. Because of this, Chief Joseph resisted the Americans when they negotiated with them to relocate to a reservation.

<em>The three events that resulted in United States Forces intervening in Latin American Government are Germany threaten to invade, Mexicans revolted its government, and Pancho Villa led raids into the United States.</em>

Since the beginning, the affairs of the relationship of Latin America and the United States have had its ups and downs as always happen with neighborhood countries. In the case of Mexico, the U.S. government played a key role in the Mexican Revolution of 1910, repudiating the revolutionary movement and supporting the government of Porfirio Diaz. The other event was the invasion of Pancho Villa to the U.S. territory. In March 1916, President Wilson ordered the U.S. Army to enter Mexican territory to capture Villa.

1. Why did the American colonists want to be free from England?
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]

1. The King and Parliament treated the colonists unfairly by placing taxes on British goods, allowing soldiers to live in their houses without permission, etc.

2. Natural rights = Rights that everyone are born with and cannot be taken away

3. The Continental Congress approved the D.o.I (Declaration of Independence) and announced the separation of the 13 North American British colonies from Great Britain. It was necessary because they needed to convince the States that the time had come for the United Colonies to split and declare independence from England.
