Explanation: Qin Shi Huang is known for the Great Wall and other grand examples of architecture. He is also known for establishing a meritocracy in administrative positions. Meritocracy is the idea that the most qualified and best person for a job should get the job. This was in direct opposition to the previous idea of aristocracy. Aristocracy in it's simplest form is that the richest people or the people who were born into families of nobility would get the job. This is how Qin Shi Huang was able to accomplish the third thing he is most well known for centralizing China's government. Centralization is the idea that the Emperor or head of state should have all the power as opposed to the nobility.
