Britain will accept America as an independent country (should be obvious as the revolution just ended) is correct.

The U.S. DID receive land between the Mississippi and Atlantic, North of yada yada.

Congress DID reccomend that Loyalist's receive their property back, however the rule wasn't followed well.

The Mississipi was open to foreign ships I PRESUME, I would look that up to be sure.

The U.S. did not receieve Florida, as it belonged to Spain. They would not reveive that until much later.

Identify and explain one political change that resulted from reform movements during the progressive era
ICE Princess25 [194]

Answer:

The leaders of the Progressive Era worked on a range of overlapping issues that characterized the time, including labor rights, women's suffrage, economic reform, environmental protections, and the welfare of the poor, including poor immigrants. They improved the lives of individuals and communities. Regulations that progressive groups helped to enact still shape government and commerce today, including food safety requirements, child labor laws, and the normalization of the eight-hour workday. The Sixteenth Amendment established a federal income tax, the Seventeenth Amendment allowed for the direct election of Senators, the Eighteenth Amendment prohibited sales of alcohol, and the Nineteenth Amendment guaranteed women the right to vote.
