Transactions will be recorded as follows;

<u>1. Borrowed by issuing bonds. </u>

Dr Cash $61,000 (increase assets )

Cr Bonds Payable $61,000 (increase liabilities)

<u>2. Paid cash dividend to stockholders.</u>

Dr Retained Earnings $9,350 (decrease equity)

Cr Cash $9,350 (decrease assets)

<u>3. Received cash from a previously billed customer for services provided. </u>

Dr Cash $18,800 (increase assets)

Cr Accounts Receivable $18,800 (decrease assets)

<u>4. Purchased supplies on account.</u>

Dr Supplies $4,800 (increase assets)

Cr Accounts Payable $4,800 (increase liabilities)

<u>Effects of above mentioned entries on Accounting Equation</u>

Assets                                                                = Liabilities               + Equity

($61,000-$9,350+$18,800-$18,800+$4,800) = ($61,000+$4,800) + (-$9,350)

$56,450                                                             = $65,800                - $9,350

$56,450                                                             = $56,450

Mrrafil [7]

Answer:

The answer is undercapitalization

Explanation:

It is evident that the business is undercapitalized. Undercapitalization is a situation when a company/firm does not have enough or the needed funds to run the business operations or pay his creditors.

Angelo is undercapitalized because her sales are not generating the needed cash flows coupled with her inadequate capital. So she needs to raise enough capital or develop new strategy to increase her sales.

A stock price with no dividends is $50 and the strike price of a 1-year European put option is $54. The risk-free rate is 5% (co
Murljashka [212]

Answer:

Lower Bound (Minimum Value) of Put Option = Max. of ( 0 , S * E-rt - C) (In Bold is PV of S)

where, C = Spot Price / Current Price , S = Exercise Price/ Strike Price, Rf= Risk free rate , t is tenure in pa, E is Exponential

= Max. of (0, 30 * E-rt - 35)

= max. of (0, 28.5 - 35) = Max of (0, -6.5)

Thus 0 is the Minimum Bound.

At below 0 say -0.1 (Impracticle Put Buyer will never receive OP)

At Above 0 say 0.1; Gain/ Loss = PV of 30 -35 - OP =28.85 -35 - 0.1 = -6.25 Loss i.e No Arbitrage Opportunity.
