Ok here's what you do... 

For the level of centralization column Your'e supposed to figure out who runs that particular type of government. Google it.

For the strengths column you put what makes this government type strong, or what makes it work.

For the weaknesses column you out what makes this government type weak, or unsuccessful, or not work.

Finally for the countries column... well you can figure that out yourself. Just find countries that use that particular type of government.

There are three branches of government: legislative, judicial and executive. Each branch is given its own independent suites within the government. The first branch to act is the legislative, declaring that a law should be made through congress; such as creating a environmental law on certain type of animal. The second branch is judicial, which decide how this law is going to be enacted; such as putting a ban on capturing or harming said animal. And the third branch is executive, this branch has to give its consent on the legislative and judicial approaches before they can be enacted.
