It's A they have words of order like "join the army", "grow vitamins" which means to make and produce food during the War.

These are not posters for motivating production for the economy, they are related to the efforts of war , there is no explicit mention of Germans, Italians and the Japanese and it has nothing to do with getting away from the war (Neutrality Acts).
