crime and race vs in wealthy communities and in non wealthy

Explanation:

people belive that crime only occurs in non wealthy communties,  but in those communities more realtionships are built, whether it be wife and husband or best friends. in wealthy communities the same or more crime occurs, people care more about themselves and want to "one up eachother", but are eventually sometimes drowning in their wealth that they dont know what to do other than things they dont know about.

sry for the last minute sloppy response, in a rush, but this is always an argument i have wanted to write on and i thought id share it. hope it makes sense...
