The answer is a <em>flexible character</em><em />

Throughout a story, the characters are often faced with a lot of different emotions and circumstances. A flexible character is one who, when faced with these strenuous emotions or circumstances, has to change his/her way of thinking or approach to an idea or plan. They also sometimes end up having to change to change their stance, outlook or commitment on something just to cope with the certain situation or overall stressor.

How is Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein an epistolary novel
larisa [96]

Mary Shelley uses a multiple narrative in Frankenstein. A multiple narrative (sometimes referred to as an epistolary narrative) uses the voices of multiple characters within the text. Epistolary narratives can also use letters (such as Walton's four letters at the opening of the novel and the letters between the Frankenstein family) to detail parts of the plot and storyline.

Penn commits a tort while acting in the interest of her undisclosed principal. Who is responsible or liable? Principal and agent
sertanlavr [38]

Answer:

Principal Only.

Explanation:

The word 'tort' is borrowed from Latin word 'tortum' which means 'wrong, or injustice.' Thus, the word tort means to cause an injury or harm to someone or someone's property.

Tort is committed in many ways. <u>'Agency Relationship Liability Tort'</u> is the type of tort in which a principal and an agent is required. In such torts, a principal will be held responsible directly in cases when he fails to supervise his agent, when he directly commands his agent to commit tort, or when he neglects to check the background of the agent while hiring.

<u>In the given case, the unnamed principal will be held directly responsible for guiding Penn to commit tort. Because Penn committed tort in the interest of her undisclosed principal</u>.

Thus the correct answer is 'Principal Only.'
