Adolf Hitler rose to power by promising to fix the errors of the Treaty of Versailles and bring the German people out of the Great Depression. His supporting party “silenced” any main political opposers and eventually he took reign of Germany. The new ideology was Nazism and almost immediately began preparing for war.

In the 1920s, the citizens of the US and business people continued to pay a lot of tax and this disheartened investors from launching new enterprises while existing businesses struggled not to shut down.  

It prompted the Government to seek a way to overcome the problem and eventually managed to reduce the taxes collected by the government in order to minimize the tax liability on US residents. Tax cuts have led to economic growth.

The Bush admin also indicated that the progressive income tax cuts which were introduced in 2001 should be implemented fully this year. Increases in federal income tax rates have affected the behaviour of individuals and companies.
