Peaceful

(Or a word similar to that!)

Let's use POE, or process of elimination.

It's not really happy, there are no key words showing that it is.

It is not sad, although it may seem like it, the context is incorrect.

If you read this or were witnessing this first person, you would feel pretty calm. The sound of waves washing over, etc.

The paragraph should be about

How calm/quiet the it is because "or sound"

It can have something to do with peaceful.

There was a decision made because "they did not move the Inchcape bell"

I think this should be for your own words but this is what I think you could put in your own words
1. To know that that obstacle will only last so long
2. You have to keep pushing to chase your dreams/goals
3. Take time to focus on yourself and your goals/dreams and how you can achieve it little by little
4. Avoid things that are causing you to doubt the ability to pursue your goal/dream
5. Remind yourself that it’s not always going to be easy but you will get through it

Hope this helps:)
