John Locke was one of the most well known philosophers of his time. He is even addressed as the ‘Father of Liberalism.’

During the declaration of Independence of Human rights, Locke said that every person is born with some natural rights and those are the very rights that are given by God and no one has the right to take those rights. Those are the rights of life, liberty, and property. He stated that even state cannot deny people from their rights, instead the state should honor these rights.
