I think it may have had something to do with Brit and France helping them win the war. Thus it made them as a fall back or cushion for the ottoman empire because they felt that they where able to rely on them now.
It’s was the turning point in the war, after defending Stalingrad, the Soviets went on the offensive
1. the state is straying from the united states (at the time)
2. the state is removing itself from the past n burning its alliegience/ties to the United States
3. the state is its own and will do what it what it wants as a fully functional independant country

His actions reflect his belief about himself in a way that
he set change and showed his beliefs. He has a belief of proclaiming that he is
the church head in France in which led him to change France because of his
beliefs in a way of revoking Edict of Nantes and the changing of the nature of
