Answer: B) Renaissance

The Hundred Years' War was a series of conflicts that took place between 1337 and 1453 by the House of Plantagenet (England) against the House of Valois (France). The war led to the development of strong national identities in both countries and to the end of the Middle Ages. It also led to the end of feudal armies and the introduction of new weapons and tactics, such as artillery. It severely reduced the population of France and it led to the War of the Roses in England. It also led to the period known as the Renaissance.
