ANSWR IS C:

The Foot-in-the-Door Technique

Sales managers instruct their salespeople in the art of getting a

“yes” response to almost any request at all—like “mind if I use

your phone?” Why? Because people who give in to the first

request are more likely to give in to a second or third request.

This principle is the main idea of the foot-in-the-door technique.

Get the prospect to say “yes” to something—anything. This first

“yes” opens the door to the next “yes” or maybe even the final

“yes” as the prospect buys the salesperson’s product or agrees

to a request.

Only 38 of the 144 englishmen who made the first voyage to what would become jamestown, virginia, survived the first year. this
Oksanka [162]

Answer;

-Malnutrition, disease, and the failure to let go of traditional notions of class and labor.

The high mortality rate is explained primarily by malnutrition, disease, and the failure to let go of traditional notions of class and labor.

Explanation;

-The Virginia Company of London paid to transport servants across the Atlantic, but with the institution of the head right system in 1618, the company enticed planters and merchants to incur the cost with the promise of land.

-As a result, servants flooded into the colony, where they were greeted by deadly diseases and often-harsh conditions that killed a majority of newcomers and left the rest to the mercy of sometimes-cruel masters.

Why did the Colonist decide to separate from Great Britain?
loris [4]

Answer:

The Colonists wanted independence from Great Britain because the king created unreasonable taxes, those taxes were created because Britain just fought the French and Indians. England decided that since they fought on American soil, then it was only fair to make Colonists pay for it.
