I am pretty sure that the meter of the following poetic passage is B. anapestic tetrameter. The thing which will make it absolutely clear (and which actually lead me to choose B as the answer) is that these lines have this pattern : da da DUM da da DUM which is characterisric of anapestic tetrameter.
